Return Policy

You may cancel at any time prior to shipment with a 35% restocking fee for any product that has begun the production process. We will not refund an incorrectly ordered part. You may edit/amend an order prior to the production process at no additional charge.

We will replace any product error made on our end with an equal product. There will be no refunds once an Outlier product has shipped.

All orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of completion.

Outlier reserves the right to change any and all terms at its own discretion. Any changes made by Outlier will supersede previous versions.
